Youth ages 8–18 are invited to audition to perform in the holiday classic, The Nutcracker! Be a part of this magical story, reimagined into an exciting modern-day performance.
Auditions will be held at the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center on Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14. Sessions will be split by age group as noted in the schedule below.

Friday, September 13
5:30-6:30 p.m.
Ages 11, 12, 13:

Ages 14+

10-11 a.m.
AUDITION ATTIRE
For girls: Black Leo, pink or flesh tone tights, hair anchored back in a bun
For boys: Black pants/shorts, white shirt, ballet or jazz shoes.
Ages 14+ with 2+ years of instruction in pointe should bring their pointe shoes.
Apparel for auditions can be purchased locally at National Dance Academy or any store that sells dance attire.
REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will begin on the afternoons of September 14 and 15.
Regular rehearsals will be held every Sunday until the week of the performance. Tech week will require additional time commitments.
