Group Discounts
Groups of 15 or more may be eligible to receive a discount and can order through the group sales department. The group discount is generally 10% for all Artist Series events, but may vary according to the show. Group discounts are not available for all events.

- How do I reach the group sales department?

- How many tickets need to be ordered to receive the group discount?
Groups of 15 or more may be eligible to receive a discount and can order through the group sales department. The group discount is generally 10% for all Artist Series events, but may vary according to the show. Group discounts are not available for all events.
- Is there a deposit required to reserve group tickets?
All group orders require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total order. The deposit is due with your signed contract, no later than 14 days after placing your order. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Your seats cannot be guaranteed if the deposit is not received by the specified due date.
- What do I do once I receive my contract?
Please review the contract, sign, date and return with the 10% deposit to the group sales department no later than 14 days after placing your order. Please keep a copy for your records. The contract is your written confirmation of your group order.
- Can I receive a refund on my group ticket order?
All tickets sales at the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please contact the group sales department to discuss your options.
- What should I do if I can’t meet the specified deadlines?
Please contact the group sales department to make alternate arrangements if you are unable to meet deadlines listed on the contract.
- Can my reservation be canceled at any time?
Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the performance. No refunds will be issued and the 10% deposit is non-refundable.
- Do you have special needs seating available?
Special needs/wheelchair accessible seats are available on all three levels of the Catherine Cassidy Gallagher Great Hall. Special seating needs must be specified at time of ticket order. Assisted hearing devices are also available prior to each show in the lobby.
FINAL PAYMENT/TICKET QUESTIONS
- When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the performance. This date will be clearly stated on the contract.
- How do I make the final payment?
After final attendance numbers are given, payment can be made via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Checks should be made payable to Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center or GBPAC.
- When will I receive the tickets?
Tickets will be printed and mailed once final payment is received. A map to the GBPAC and seating chart will be included with the tickets.
- Can I add tickets to my group order?
Additional tickets at the group rate may be added based upon availability. The additional tickets may not be next to the rest of your group.
OTHER QUESTIONS
- When should we arrive for the performance?
We suggest that groups arrive at minimum 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Groups can be dropped off at the front (southeast) entrance on Dakota Street or at the rear (northwest) entrance on Ohio Street.
- Where should the buses/motorcoaches park?
Buses and motorcoaches should park in the far lots on the southeast side of University Avenue.
- Are there any special events before the show we can participate in?
Special pre-show events may take place for select performances, please reference the event page on this website for special pre-show information.
